摘要: A billing system is disclosed which performs processing in order to provide service user terminals, and for the provided terminals. In this system, profiles UBP are stored a profile registration unit, by type terminal units; condition generation unit within provider server compares corresponding specified with SBP generate conditions, setting of foreign agent sets conditions unit; based on thus set, executes each terminal.
