The economic reflection non-market public sentiment precisely embodies prices real estate market. Taking Shenzhen city as an example, this paper applies a hedonic price model evaluate its housing values. results show that for every additional kilometer property is away WTE (waste-to-energy) plants, value can increase 1.30%. If distance restricted within 5 km, effect rises 8.6%, remarkably increases negative externality. In addition, depreciation impacts two regions significantly different. Policies reducing effects plants recommended.
