摘要: This chapter introduces the concept of frequency-tunable capability applied to RF power amplifiers, making some definitions and establishing metrics for evaluation design, which is subject Chap. 6. It also surveys main techniques found in literature that could be used design amplifier. The advantages drawbacks each technique are discussed choice coupled-inductors explained, together with description its use implement a novel tunable output impedance matching network employed multiband amplifiers.
