摘要: The pharmacokinetics of recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (rhG-CSF) was studied in rats experiencing renal and hepatic failure. serum concentration rhG-CSF after i.v. administration to male Sprague-Dawley at a dose 10 µg/kg investigated by sandwich enzyme immunoassay. Total-body clearance 44.48 ml/h/kg sham-operated compared with 9.429 bilaterally nephrectomized rats. In rats, the half-life (β) 1.512 h, it increased 5.333 h nephrectomy. volumes distribution were identical both acute failure induced uranyl nitrate, volume those control but slightly shorter. partially (70%) hepatectomized decreased from 42.08 31.93 ml/h/kg. Similar half-lives observed groups. However, hepatectomy. CCL4, pharmacokinetic changes similar These results suggest that makes major contribution total-body clearance.
