摘要: Net and radioactive calcium movements were studied in the rat uterus during stimulation with acetylcholine high potassium solutions. High did not affect efflux of intracellular Ca45, but was able to release Ca45 from a small parallel Ca fraction which believed be located cell membranes. markedly slow influx caused net efflux. Acetylcholine had no effect on polarized myometrium, it increased depolarized uteri. taken up contraction exchanged more slowly subsequent than at rest. The results interpreted as supporting hypothesis that myometrial is induced by inside membrane endoplasmic reticulum, relaxation follows removal ionic cytoplasmic these same structures.
