摘要: A microsomal fraction isolated from longitudinal smooth muscle of guinea pig ileum actively sequesters calcium ion in the presence magnesium and adenosine triphosphate a fashion previously described for microsomes rabbit aorta. This activity appears to be associated primarily with plasma membrane as is found red cell. By contrast uptake aortic an appreciable extent intracellular membranes, possibly analogous sarcoplasmic reticulum skeletal muscle.
