摘要: Primary adenocarcinoma of the vermiform appendix is a rare clinical entity that virtually never diagnosed preoperatively. A case mucin-producing manifesting as pelvic mass presented. The ultrasonographic finding multilocular cystic lesion with thick septa and solid components was consistent an ovarian cystadenocarcinoma. review primary appendiceal neoplasms metastases given.
