摘要: The invention provides a design method enabling main board to be resistant corrosion at high temperature, and belongs the field of server boards. mainly comprises steps (1) layout PCBA, (2) machine case structure, (3) selection materials PCB used in elements, (4) spraying tri-proof paint corrosion-resistance testing. By modifying system, introducing NP-175FM/NPGN-170 optimizing can fresh air refrigerating station, PUE index is effectively lowered, stable operation 40 DEG C realized, performance kept 45 C, MTBF time reach five years. Signals keep insertionLOSS impedance are controlled.
