摘要: Abstract With the introduction of high-intensity MeV-energy cluster ion beams produced by electrostatic accelerators, several new phenomena can be studied relevant for material sciences as well other research areas. In this paper a summary will given on different MP tandem accelerator in Orsay. Technical aspects production, acceleration, transportation and identification discussed general. A liquid metal source installed at terminal Orsay also described macromolecular accelerated from an electrospray to MeV-energies Uppsala.
