摘要: Lower concentrations of CuSO4 (25–75 μM) in the MS medium supplemented with 0.1 mg l−1 IAA+5.0 mg Kn+500 mg CH+10 mg Cyst hyd enhanced growth regenerants Dioscorea bulbifera L.
