摘要: The oxidation resistance of β-NiAl diffusion coating deposited on selected Ni-based superalloys with commercial grades has been investigated. Emphasis placed upon oxide microstructure and kinetics. It is shown that the presence sufficient concentration Hf in superalloy substrate effect decelerating kinetics Al2O3 growth as well improving its adhesion to substrate. On other hand, appears outweigh possible detrimental effects both Ti precipitates α-Cr near surface. Conversely, results indicate absence Hf, degraded by combined α-Cr, which are reflected higher rate poor adhesion.
