摘要: AIMS AND BACKGROUND p53, c-erbB-2 and Ki-67 protein expression microvessel density (MVD) determined by CD34 antibody were evaluated immunohistochemistry their correlation with clinicopathological parameters including estrogen (ER) progesterone (PR) receptor status survival investigated in patients axillary lymph node-negative infiltrating ductal breast carcinoma. METHODS The study population consisted of 47 RESULTS p53 was detected 36.2% 31.9% patients, respectively. Median 10%. There no statistically significant differences the distribution relation to age or size, histological grade ER PR tumors. correlated positively (P < 0.05). mean MVD 63.65 +/- 29.1 it Survival analysis revealed that age, tumor had prognostic impact, whereas grade, proliferative activity angiogenic factors. Although ER-positive a overall advantage, difference disease-free not significant. CONCLUSION In carcinoma could be useful indicators.
