摘要: Abstract A polycrystalline rare earth double perovskite oxide, strontium cerium niobate, Sr2CeNbO6 (SCN) is synthesized by solid state reaction technique for the first time. The X-ray diffraction pattern of sample shows monoclinic structure at room temperature. relaxation dynamics conductive process present in SCN investigated a temperature range from 303 to 703 K and frequency 100 Hz 1 MHz using modulus spectroscopy. time decay function φ ( t ) obtained values dependence electric (imaginary component, M″) domain, which found be Cole–Cole distribution function. experimental data are fitted Kohlrausch-Williams-Watts exponential various characteristic parameters analysed. activation energy whole suggest existence mechanism (a process), may interpreted ion hopping between neighbouring sites within crystal lattice. conductivity spectra temperatures considering power law.
