摘要: The electric properties of the complex double perovskite Ba2BiSbO6 have been investigated using impedance spectroscopy in frequency range from 1 Hz up to MHz and temperature room 560 K. There are two contributions electrical due grain boundary. oxygen vacancies play an important role conductivity strongly increase dielectric constant at high temperatures. analysis dependence clearly shows structural phase transition this compound near 515
