摘要: Abstract A new microwave dielectric resonator Ba(Tb 1 2 Nb )O3 has been prepared and characterized in the frequency region. wt% CeO2 is used as additive to reduce sintering temperature. The sintered samples were by XRD, SEM Raman spectroscopic methods. Microwave DR properties such er, Q factor temperature-coefficient of resonant (τf) have measured using a HP 8510 B Network Analyzer. Cylindrical DRs showed high er (~ 37), 3,200) low τf −10 ppm/ °C) at 4 GHz hence are useful for practical applications.
