摘要: The objectives of this study were to analyze and compare the effects mercury (Hg) exposure on osmoregulation hematological responses in East Java strain tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus). Fish exposed 0, 0.1, 1 mg L-1 Hg at 5, 10, 15 g salinities, serum osmolality (SO), ion level, parameters, sodium (Na+)/potassium (K+)-ATPase (NKA) levels gills kidney assessed after 96 h exposure. SO significantly increased fish salinity compared with those but did not increase 5 10 salinities 0 salinity. At salinity, Na+ level was different from that salinities. chloride only Furthermore, K+ Hematocrit hemoglobin red blood cell white (WBC) counts among all NKA kidney, there no difference These data provide useful information for future reference aquaculture practices reduce tilapia. In conclusion, higher reduced effect WBC count
