摘要: Mammalian spermatozoa acquire functionality during epididymal maturation and ability to penetrate fertilize the oocyte capacitation. The aim of this study was investigate impact maturation, ejaculation capacitation on phosphotyrosine content sperm proteins. Western blot, immunocytochemical flow cytometry analyses demonstrated that in vivo is associated with a progressive loss residues head followed by subtle increase after vitro As cells pass from caput cauda epididymis, tyrosine phosphorylation becomes confined triangular band over posterior part midacrosome region, whereas causes spread labeling whole head. Different bands were detected capacitation: 1) 93, 66 45 kDa specific expression immature spermatozoa; 2) 76, 23 12 mature spermatozoa, being significantly increased their capacitation; 3) 49, 40, 37, 30, 26 25 constitutive and/or 4) 28 20 capacitated spermatozoa. These results provided integral novel data location boar Two new proteins also identified.
