摘要: Modified Ac and Ds elements, in combination with dominant markers (to facilitate monitoring of excision, reinsertion segregation the elements) were introduced into Arabidopsis thaliana ecotype Landsberg erecta. The frequencies somatic germinal transactivation elements monitored using a streptomycin resistance assay. Transactivation was significantly higher from stable (sAc) carrying 537 bp deletion CpG-rich 5' untranslated leader transposase mRNA than wild-type sAc. However, substitution central 1.77 kb open reading frame (ORF) hygromycin marker did not alter excision frequency element. beta-Glucuronidase (GUS) or iaaH linked to source allow identification plants which had segregated away transposed element, eliminating possibility re-activation.
