摘要: Abstract The occurrence of power swing had been reported to threaten the seamless operation system. Several cascaded outages and major blackouts in world have traced mal-operation distance relays due occurrences. As such, this paper will present a consolidated review on phenomenon, covering causes swing, its impact consumers generators, as well detection relay blocking schemes prevent relay. Given wide arrays techniques available up date, particular attention is concentrated at various high voltage In addition, effect modern renewable energy generations characteristics also presented paper.
