摘要: The design of active and robust bimetallic nanoparticle catalysts requires the control nanoscale alloying phase-segregation structures correlation between phase catalytic properties. Here we describe new findings a detailed investigation such their structure−catalytic activity for gold−platinum nanoparticles prepared with controllable sizes compositions. were probed as function composition, size, thermal treatment conditions using X-ray diffraction, photoelectron spectroscopy, high-resolution transmission electron microscopy, electrochemical characterization, density functional theory modeling. results have provided experimental evidence in support theoretically simulated dependence segregation on particle size temperature. More importantly, insights been gained into nano...
