摘要: The microbial community of the activated sludge consists bacteria, protozoa, fungi, algae and filamentous organisms. Various methods can be used to study in sludge. bacteriological studies biological nutrient removal (BNR) systems emphasize functional role Acinetobacter enhanced phosphorous (P) removal. strains—isolated from sludge—accumulate excessive amounts polyphosphate pure culture, showing their importance phosphate (EBPR) process. There is a large discrepancy between total direct microscopic counts viable plate for many ecosystems. Recoveries systems, even with optimized media, are only 5 15%. main difference P-removing non-P-removing biomass related not due structure. An increase lead an P-removal. Calculation quantity P-removal per g suggests that there relationship mixed liquor suspended solids (MLSS) specific system.
