摘要: The use of mechanical and electric field activation to simultaneously synthesize densify nanomaterials was investigated. Dense nanostructured MoSi2 TiN-TiB2 nanocomposites were made by this method. role the parameters (milling) those on process formation dense studied. For TiN–TiB2 system, up 97.2% synthesized with microhardness fracture toughness values 21.8 GPa 5.13 MPa•m1/2, respectively.
