摘要: The objective of this work is to reduce the front surface reflectivity GaAs solar cell by depositing AR-coating appropriate thickness and refractive index material. We use MgO ZnO film optimize their for minimum reflectivity. Results indicate that reduced up 4% 2% at spectrum wavelength range from 550 nm 650 nm. external efficiency with increased 31.53% 33.09% respectively.
