摘要: The dynamics of ions in ultrafast laser ablation metals is studied over fluences ranging from the threshold up to ≈75 J/cm2 by means three well-established diagnostic techniques. Langmuir probe, Faraday cup, and spectrally resolved intensified charge coupled device imaging simultaneously monitored produced during a pure copper target with 800 nm, ≈50 fs, Ti: Sapphire pulses. fluence dependence ion yield analyzed, resulting observance different regimes. specific shows maximum at about 4–5 J/cm2, followed gradual reduction transition high-fluence regime above ≈50 J/cm2. angular distribution also observing increase forward-peaking Cu for ≈10 J/cm2. A broader component observed larger angles than Finally, an experimental characterization ionic distrib...
