摘要: Abstract Utilizing the SCIEX ICP-MS an extensive study of effects that plasma operating parameters have on analyte ion signals in has been carried out. Parameters studied included aerosol flow rate (nebulizer pressure), auxiliary rate, power and sampling depth (sampling position from load coil). The two key are pressure) power. Elements can be grouped into characteristic behaviour patterns based overall dependence their count signal these parameters. nebulizer pressure-power behavior allow a sensible selection compromise conditions significantly clarify single parameter observations which often indicate confusing trends behavior. In addition to characterizing plots also used oxide species plus ions ICP-MS. While appear ICP ICP-MS, dependent some data presented illustrating
