摘要: The putative multi-copper oxidase CueO had previously been implicated in intrinsic copper resistance Escherichia coli. In this report we showed that the presence of periplasm protected alkaline phosphatase from copper-induced damage. contained four atoms per molecule and displayed spectroscopic properties typical blue oxidases. catalyzed oxidation p-phenylenediamine (pPD), 2,6-dimethoxyphenol (DMP) exhibited ferroxidase activity vitro.
