摘要: During central nervous system development, oligodendrocyte progenitors (OLPs) establish multiple branched processes and axonal contacts to initiate myelination. A complete understanding of the molecular signals implicated in cell surface interaction myelination/remyelination is currently lacking. The objective our study was assess whether Cdon, a protein that shown participate muscle neuron involved (OLG) differentiation Here, we demonstrate endogenous Cdon expressed OLPs, increasing early stages decreasing mature OLGs.
