摘要: Summary Two derivatives of glutamic acid, dl -α-methylglutamate and l -glutamic acid diethylester, which themselves possess little or no excitatory action, have been found reversibly to block the excitation thalamic neurones produced by -glutamate. The action -homocysteic was much less affected that acetylcholine unaffected these compounds. synaptic cells in ventrobasal thalamus evoked electrical stimulation hind limb nerves also reduced results support suggestion glutamate may act as an transmitter thalamus.
