摘要: The influence of the oral administration a herbal immunomodulator, consisting an aqueous-ethanolic extract mixed drugs Thujae summitates, Baptisiae tinctoriae radix, Echinaceae purpureae radix and pallidae on cytokine induction antibody response against sheep red blood cells was investigated in mice. treatment animals with caused no enhancement titers serum. Spleen isolated from treated mice, however, produced higher amounts IL-2, IFNgamma GM-CSF ex vivo comparison to spleen control animals, especially after additional stimulation by lipopolysaccharides or concanavalin A. application also triggered production IL-1 TNFalpha peritoneal macrophages vivo. examined plaque forming cell assay. significant cells, inducing increase numbers splenic specific antibodies sera animals. In immunosuppressed old age hydrocortisone, therapy resulted normalization cells.
