摘要: Neural stem cells in the subventricular zone (SVZ) of adult mammalian forebrain are a potential source neurons for neural tissue repair after brain insults such as ischemic stroke and traumatic injury (TBI). Recent studies show that neurogenesis ventricular (VZ) zebrafish telencephalon has features common with SVZ. Here, we established model to study injury-induced brain. We possesses remarkable capacity neuronal regeneration. Telencephalon prompted proliferation precursor (NPCs) VZ injured hemisphere, compared contralateral hemisphere. The distribution NPCs, viewed by BrdU labeling ngn1-promoter-driven GFP, suggested they migrated laterally reached site via subpallium pallium. number NPCs reaching significantly decreased when fish were treated an inhibitor γ-secretase, component Notch signaling pathway, suggesting mechanisms at least partly conserved between mammals. differentiated into mature regions surrounding within week injury. Most these expressed T-box protein (Tbr1), had adopted normal fate this region. These results suggest telencephalic contributes recovery following zebrafish, is useful regenerative medicine.
