摘要: A 30 year old, human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) positive patient presented with fever and intra-abdominal lymphadenopathy. Cytology smears from the nodes showed a high grade Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) which was B cell in origin. NHL acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS) defining disease this patient. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) studies on tumour tissue presence of Epstein Barr Virus.
