摘要: Fluticasone propionate is approved for the long-term maintenance therapy of persistent asthma all severities, and its safety efficacy has been well established in clinical trials practice. With need to phase out chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) as propellants pressurized metered-dose inhalers (pMDIs), hydrofluoroalkane (HFA) have introduced a safer, environmentally friendly alternative. A HFA formulation fluticasone developed microgram-equivalent replacement traditional CFC pMDI. Clinical demonstrated that pMDI an acceptable alternative with similar efficacy.
