摘要: Chimeric virus-like particles (VLPs) of infectious bursal disease virus (IBDV) were produced by coinfecting Spodoptera frugiperda (Sf-9) insect cells with two recombinant baculoviruses, vIBD-7 and vEDLH-22. encodes VP2, VP3, VP4 the IBDV structural proteins. vEDLH-22 VP2 five histidine residues at carboxy-terminus (VP2H). Coinfection hybrid VLPs composed VP2H, VP3. The additional on VP2H enabled efficient purification based immobilized metal affinity chromatography (IMAC). These results demonstrated that formed are comprised chimeric subunits attached ligands, further, sufficient His5 ligand was available for binding to IMAC metal-chelating resin. Additionally, these novel fully characterized antigenicity a series monoclonal antibodies, appeared identical wild-type strains contributing VLP. provides promising low-cost simple scheme purify as vaccines. © 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
