摘要: Abstract Effects of various glasses (Bi 2 O 3 –B –ZnO–SiO (BBXSZ, where X = the mole fraction Bi in the glass) with different content) on both sintering behavior and microwave dielectric properties BaO·(Nd 1− x ) ·4TiO (BNBT) ceramics were investigated developing low-temperature-fired for devices. Glass wetting characteristics BNBT surface, X-ray diffractometer (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission (TEM) a dilatometer used to examine effect densification chemical reaction between glass BNBT. The results indicate that BB25SZ can be as aid reduce temperature from 1300 900 °C without secondary phase formation. 20 wt.% sintered at show relative density 92%, high-dielectric-constant 84, quality factor (Qxf) 2999, coefficient resonant frequency 23.7 ppm/°C.
