摘要: The effects of CaO–B2O3–SiO2 (CBS) glass addition on the sintering temperature and dielectric properties Li2ZnTi3O8–TiO2 (LZT) composite ceramics have been investigated. Due to compensating effect rutile TiO2 (τf ≈ +450 ppm/ °C), coefficient resonant frequency (τf) for Li2ZnTi3O8 + 4 wt% with biphasic structure was adjusted a value near zero. pure LZT were usually sintered at high about 1,160 °C. It found in our experiment that small amount CBS additives could effectively lower 900 With increasing content glass, both constant (er) quality factor (Q × f) decreased. Typically, 1 added ceramic °C h exhibited good microwave er = 26.9, Q f 23,563 GHz τf −1.5 °C, which made it promising low co-fired technology application.
