摘要: An attempt was made to isolate the active component which exhibits an improving effect on renal function from Salviae Miltiorrhazae Radix (Chinese crude drug). Systematic isolation aqueous extract of Miltiorrhizae carried out, and Compound 1 found be more effective than any other constituents in functional parameters; that is, a marked reduction glomerular filtration rate following adenine ingestion improved by administration this substance. The plasma flow blood were also increased failure rats. On basis chemical spectroscopic data, shown identical with magnesium lithospermate B.
