摘要: The purpose of this communication is to present 5 cases in which the diagnosis tumor brain was made either shortly before death or at necropsy. An attempt will be reconstruct retrospect sources errors committed each case. REPORT OF CASES Case 1. —A man aged 58 had headache, dysphagia and weakness following an attack bronchitis. Temporary improvement followed by exacerbation symptoms. Signs bilateral involvement pyramidal tracts, cerebellum bulb were noted. clinical multiple sclerosis, pseudobulbar palsy vascular disease pons. At necropsy a cerebellopontile angle found. past family histories no significance.
