摘要: Abstract Zirconium carbide (ZrC) rich surface layer with a thickness of 80–100 μm was prepared on carbon/carbon (C/C) composites. The ZrC-rich consisted submicron ZrC particles, homogeneously dispersed in the carbon matrix. mass ablation rate composite 69% lower than that bare C/C could seal pores and cracks to restrain preferential defect area form continuously melting ZrO 2 prevent from oxidizing during ablation. strengthened reduce mechanical denudation
