摘要: Between March 1979 and 1984, 350 patients underwent valve replacement with the ST. JUDE MEDICAL® (SJM) cardiac prosthesis in mitral position. Clinically significant hemolysis 5 paravalvular leaks following MVR. Late 8.3% during 865 patient-years. 10 (36%) cardiogenic causes, 2 sudden death not documented. Symptoms consistent NYHA Class I or II reported 283 (94.3%). actuarial survival curve shows an 84% at years.
