摘要: The mechanism of the potential anticancer agent chlorpromazine hydrochloride (CPZ) with DNA was investigated by techniques high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), viscosity and Raman spectroscopy. It has been suggested from HPLC work that nucleotides (except nucleosides) either a CPZ-DNA system or CPZ-nucleotide system. Furthermore, shear stress systems ware shown to be apparently higher increasing than nucleotide alone. These had non-Newtonian properties for formation under experimental conditions. spectra showed dramatic difference at 982 cm-1 due symmetric P-O stretching vibration PO4(2-) group between dGMP CPZ-dGMP
