摘要: ZnS and CdS nanoparticles were prepared by a simple microwave irradiation method under mild conditions. The obtained characterized XRD, TEM EDX. results indicated that high purity of nanosized was successfully with cubic hexagonal crystalline structures, respectively. band gap energies estimated using UV-visible absorption spectra to be about 4.22 2.64 eV, Photocatalytic degradation methylene blue carried out physical mixtures 500-W halogen lamp visible light irradiation. residual concentration solution monitored spectrometry.
