摘要: Abstract The transport properties of Gd1/3Sr2/3FeO3 have been studied carefully by using resistivity and thermoelectric power. Interestingly, a small polaron hopping model Emin Holstein is found to fit the data above 200 K, high temperature region followed non-adiabatic conduction mechanism. At temperatures, significant difference between activation energy deduced from electrical ρ(T) power α(T), characteristic polaron, observed.
