摘要: Abstract The DC conductivity of semiconducting Gd1/3Sr2/3FeO3 has been measured in the temperature range 77– 300 K . phase is found to obey Mott's variable hopping mechanism conduction. parameters related conduction: viz., characteristic (T0), localization length (α), (R), and hop energy (W) have calculated.
