摘要: Interactive simulations are increasingly important in science education, yet most inaccessible to blind learners. We demonstrate an accessible version of a simulation, Balloons and Static Electricity, that illustrates responses key challenges providing screen reader support: the need describe unpredictable sequences events, manipulation objects act as both controls displays, management descriptions changes state simulation well interactive object, itself. Meeting these requires extending current practices for verbal description visual content.
