摘要: The hyperchloremic metabolic acidosis which can occur following urinary diversion through intestinal segments has been managed with bicarbonate or citrate salts. However, satisfactory management is not always possible this form of treatment. development attributed to reabsorption solutes secretion bicarbonate. Intestinal absorptive and secretory processes are modulated by an adenylate cyclase-cyclic AMP system. Chlorpromazine inhibits the effect cyclic on mucosal cell. use chlorpromazine in was investigated. A canine model employing ileal segment between ureter bladder a rat urine diverted entire colon have developed. (5 mg./kg./day) found be efficacious derangements that both these models. case study presented conventional syndrome salts unsuccessful. as adjuvant treatment allowed correction acidosis.
