摘要: The diffusion tensor of N-acetyl aspartate (NAA), creatine and phosphocreatine (tCr), choline (Cho) was measured at 3T using a weighted STEAM 1H-MRS sequence in the healthy human brain 6 distinct regions (4 white matter 2 cortical gray matter). Trace/3 apparent coefficient (ADC) each metabolite significantly greater than matter. ADC values tCr Cho were found to be NAA matter, whereas all 3 metabolites had similar Fractional anisotropy (FA) for consistent with water FA 4 regions; however, higher expected principal direction derived good agreement anatomic tract directions Magn Reson Med, 2006. © 2005 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
