摘要: The topographical distribution of cholinergic muscarinic receptor (MChR) sites was studied by means quantitative autoradiography using [3H]quinuclidinyl benzilate ([3H]QNB) in the frontal (prefrontal, premotor and motor) cortex dog. mean binding value 408 +/- 5.0 fmol/mg tissue only area that differed significantly from primary motor cortex, where lower. In dorsal part prefrontal cortical subregions studied, a tri-laminar pattern [3H]QNB labelling observed, with superficial dense band label corresponding to layers I, II III. deep high density overlaid layer V upper VI. ventral this gradually disappeared most no laminar differences were seen. contrast, areas, much less pronounced than association cortex. Variations MChR seem reflect some extent greater cytoarchitectonic differentiation zone also similarity between limbic described us previously.
