摘要: The lack of energy conservation in brown adipose tissue mitochondria when prepared by conventional methods was established the 1960s and correlated with thermogenic function tissue. In order to observe conservation, two requirements had be met: removal endogenous fatty acids addition a purine nucleotide. These factors have been essential tools that led discovery dissipation pathway, uncoupling protein UCP1. activity is regulated these ligands. Purine nucleotides bind from cytosolic side inhibit transport. Fatty act as seconds messengers noradrenaline increase proton conductance. This review presents historical perspective steps UCP1, its regulation, our current view on mechanism
