Killing adherent and nonadherent cancer cells with the plasma pencil

摘要: The application of low temperature plasmas in biology and medicine may lead to a paradigm shift the way various diseases can be treated without serious side effects. Low generated gas mixtures that contain oxygen or air produce several chemically reactive species have important biological implications when they interact with eukaryotic prokaryotic cells. Here, review effects plasma by pencil on different cancerous cells is presented. Results indicate consistently shows delayed killing effect dose dependent. In addition, there some evidence apoptosis one pathways leads death cells, indicating initiates cell signaling pathways.
