摘要: The influence of changes in nutritional state on lipid mobilization has been investigated, using subcutaneous fat portions removed from 8 obese patients submitted to fasting for one week. maximal rise the tissue level cyclic AMP (cAMP) and rate glycerol release were determined when adipose was exposed noradrenaline (6 X 10(-6) mol/1), isopropylnoradrenaline 10 (-6) mol/1) or none agents (basal medium). Fasting resulted significant increases cAMP lipolysis unexposed lipolytic agents. Noradrenaline decreased cAMP, contrast isopropylnoradrenaline, significantly inhibited during fasting. These effects abolished by simultaneous presence phentolamine (13 mmol/1) incubation medium. Re-feeding with Meritene day a diminished basal lipolysis, whereas unaffected. response accumulation further augmented re-feeding. produced stimulated production. It is concluded that are significance adrenergic regulation as indicated catecholamines. In pharmacological terms, week increased alpha-as well beta-adrenergic responsiveness. Increased may be related an direct activation lipase.
